Linda Mitton's forte is working as a translator, facilitator or what-the-heck coach between the business and technology professionals.
Prior to forming the Governance Risk Compliance Audit and Security group at cyberlis, Linda worked as a senior manager for KPMG and at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in technology governance, information security, internal audit and systems management.
Working in banking, insurance and other industries with high technology risks gave her extensive experience assessing and designing technology management controls.
Through this, she was given the opportunity to design information security governance strategies for key clients including the Department of National Defense.
In addition to her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Data Processing, she has the following certifications and certificates:
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certificate in Telecommunications Management
She Co Chaired and acted as Treasurer of the Factory Media Centre Board in Hamilton and is a past president of the Bermuda ISACA Chapter. She is a member of both the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

S. Rosalind Baker
Roz has extensive experience as a project manager and technical architect in many industry verticals including manufacturing, government, technology, finance and not for profit.
Her technology background is with Microsoft products, primarily Active Directory and Exchange and SharePoint. Roz knows what it's like to implement Active Directory for 100,000 seats or for 100 seats. As a member of the certification team for Microsoft she was considered to be a subject matter expert.
Roz really learned what it meant to be a project manager while working with a major international bank in Bermuda. She acted as PM on several multi-million dollar initiatives, most notably, the replacement of the bank's entire suite of electronic banking applications, delivery of an SAP FICO solution to 5 international offices and a multi-system infrastructure upgrade.
Since Roz started consulting in 1999, she has worked with the PRINCE2 and MSF methodologies as well as becoming very adept with PMBOK and its concepts as a trainer with the Project Management Training Institute. She takes a risk-based approach to project management and has developed a reputation for 'getting things done'.
She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Queen's University.
