Linda Mitton

Linda Mitton's forte is working as a translator, facilitator or what-the-heck coach between the business and technology professionals.

Prior to forming the Governance Risk Compliance Audit and Security group at cyberlis, Linda worked as a senior manager for KPMG and at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in technology governance, information security, internal audit and systems management.

Working in banking, insurance and other industries with high technology risks gave her extensive experience assessing and designing technology management controls.

Through this, she was given the opportunity to design information security governance strategies for key clients including the Department of National Defense.

In addition to her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Data Processing, she has the following certifications and certificates:

  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certificate in Telecommunications Management

She Co Chaired and acted​ as Treasurer of the Factory Media Centre Board in Hamilton and is a past president of the Bermuda ISACA Chapter. She is a member of both the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Roz has extensive experience as a project manager and technical architect in many industry verticals including manufacturing, government, technology, finance and not for profit.

Her technology background is with Microsoft products, primarily Active Directory and Exchange and SharePoint. Roz knows what it's like to implement Active Directory for 100,000 seats or for 100 seats. As a member of the certification team for Microsoft she was considered to be a subject matter expert.

Roz really learned what it meant to be a project manager while working with a major international bank in Bermuda. She acted as PM on several multi-million dollar initiatives, most notably, the replacement of the bank's entire suite of electronic banking applications, delivery of an SAP FICO solution to 5 international offices and a multi-system infrastructure upgrade.

Since Roz started consulting in 1999, she has worked with the PRINCE2 and MSF methodologies as well as becoming very adept with PMBOK and its concepts as a trainer with the Project Management Training Institute. She takes a risk-based approach to project management and has developed a reputation for 'getting things done'.

She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Queen's University.

Susan Mylchreest

Susan Mylchreest has 34 years of banking experience, moving progressively from the position of Support Analyst at Scotiabank to VP of Electronic Banking for Butterfield Bank in Bermuda. Susan's depth and breadth of knowledge with respect to the development and delivery of electronic banking services to customers is truly remarkable.

Her managerial style has fostered a deep trust and respect from her employees and contractors alike. Her attention to detail and customer service focus has ensured that her team delivers the highest level of data integrity for her customer base.

During her tenure at Butterfield she increased her division's net income from $3.5M to $13M through the continued delivery of innovative products and responsible cost management.

She has been involved in the delivery of innovative solutions from the ground up and has been able to ensure that her team is able to respond to the changing needs of the marketplace and make her division profitable. As vendor manager and partner she has developed strong relationships with MasterCard, Visa, American Airlines, British Airways, Primax to name a few.

For much of her career, her focus has been with Caribbean financial institutions both in her position at Butterfield, her tenure on MasterCard's Latin America and Caribbean Board of Directors and the LAC Advisory Board of Directors.

Her interest in Caribbean banking started early in her career as a Senior Systems Analyst for the Scotiabank Caribbean Regional Office. She has had experience supporting and delivering solutions in throughout the Caribbean. She has a true understanding of this market and its' unique needs.

Ismay Bisset

Ismay is a gifted technical writer and editor who has evolved into a Business Process Analyst over the last ten years. Building on her B.A. in English Literature and her certificates in Technical Communications and Editing, Ismay has gained extensive experience in the Banking, Health Care, Legal and Government verticals. Ismay's client list includes the Royal Bank of Canada, Toronto Dominion Bank, Merge Healthcare, Elections Ontario, HP, Blakes and Bank of Montreal.

Ismay is comfortable balancing a workload of multiple projects that have competing deadlines. She adds value to her clients by creating customizable collateral for multiple purposes/customers and in so doing helps her clients realize significant cost savings. Ismay is a member of the Society for Technical Communications and is certified to work both in Canada and the EEC.
