Linda Mitton
Managing Director
IT Internal Audit & Governance

Prior to forming the IT Internal Audit and Governance group at CYBERLIS, Linda worked for KPMG and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in information security, internal audit and systems management. Her work experience includes banking, insurance and other industries with high IT risk. She has extensive experience assessing and designing IT management controls. Linda has successfully designed IT and information security governance strategies for key clients.

Linda is a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). She is past president of the Bermuda ISACA Chapter.

Linda is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). She has a certificate in Telecommunications Management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Data Processing.

S. Rosalind (Roz) Baker
Managing Director
Service Delivery

Roz has extensive experience as a project manager and technical architect in many industry verticals, most recently in financial institutions. Her technology specialty is with Microsoft products, primarily Active Directory and Exchange. She was a member of the certification team for Microsoft as a contractor for 6 years and was considered to be a subject matter expert.

Roz was most recently working in Bermuda as a project manager with a major international bank. She acted as a PM on several multi-million dollar initiatives, most notably, the delivery of an SAP FICO solution to 5 international offices.

Roz has worked with the PRINCE2 and MSF methodologies as well as becoming very familiar with PMBOK. Roz takes a risk-based approach to project management and has a reputation for 'getting things done'.

Roz is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Roz is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and recently passed June 2008 sitting of the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) examination.

Michael (Mike) Mitton
Managing Director
Telecom & Data Networks

Mike Mitton has 30 years of Telecommunication experience with Bell and MTS Allstream. He has worked 21 years in various Central Office and Outside plant roles including as a Senior Technician installing and troubleshooting both data and voice circuit problems. For nine years Mike worked in technical sales where he assisted numerous small and medium sized companies with: designing and implementing new Data and Telecom networks; expanding existing networks and converting existing networks to the latest technologies. Mike can assist you with determining and acquiring your organization’s specific telecom and data requirements.
